Basic Rules about Synchro Summon
1st Rule: Use 1 Tuner Card + non-Tuner Card that complete a level of synchro monster. Example: Junk Synchro ( LV 1 ) + Elemental Hero Sparkman ( LV 4 ) = Sea Dragon Lord Gishlnodon ( LV 5 )
2nd Rule: The materials of Synchro should be in field.
